Petroleum group is a set of enterprises with diverse activities under the direction of the group President Victor I. Kuzmin. Currently, the companies within the group occupy market niches not only in Russia but also in Europe and Middle East.

The main activities of the Petroleum group are:

  • supply of liquefied petroleum gas and oil products on the domestic market of Russia;
  • supply of light and dark oil products, liquefied hydrocarbon gas to the countries of near and far abroad;
  • organization of transportation of liquefied hydrocarbon gases and petroleum products;
  • trading of additives from various manufacturers for the production of finished motor and transmission oils;
  • consulting in the field of petroleum refining and marketing;
  • construction, design and repair of buildings and structures;
  • production of fibre-reinforced plastic rebar.


The history of development begins in 2004 with the creation by a group of like-minded persons of Petroleum-Trading LLC. The impetus for this decision was the experience gained in the field of trade of liquefied hydrocarbon gases, petroleum products and petrochemicals on the domestic market and beyond, knowledge of product market and desire to realize own projects.

Moscow representative office opened in May 2005 and followed in 2006 by an office in Turkmenistan.

Further, diversification in different business segments took place: consulting, construction, trading of composite materials.

At the moment Petroleum Group includes Russian companies alongside with number of foreign companies from Cyprus, UAE, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Poland and Belarus.
